About the Team: The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via QR Codes and POS machines. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationship with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies. Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships in theloyaltyand rewards ecosystem. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and onboarding brands, merchants, and corporate partners to expand ourloyaltyprogram offerings, enhance member engagement, and drive incremental revenue. Key Responsibilities:Partnership Development & Acquisition• Identify and target potential partners across industries (FMCG, retail, travel, ecommerce, BFSI, hospitality, etc.) forloyaltytie-ups.• Pitch the value proposition of ourloyaltysolutions and negotiate win–win partnershipagreements.• Build multi-sector partner portfolios to enhance member redemption and earningopportunities. Account Management & Relationship Building• Manage key partner accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.• Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, joint promotions, and customerengagement initiatives.• Track partner performance and recommend optimization strategiesMarket Research & Strategy• Conduct competitor analysis, industry trend monitoring, and opportunity mapping intheloyaltyspace.• Work with product and marketing teams to align partner offerings with customerneeds and company goals. Revenue & KPI Management• Deliver on sales and partnership acquisition targets.• Ensure partner deals contribute to incremental revenue, customer acquisition, andengagement KPIs. Required Skills & Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or relatedfield. Experience:o 5–10 years in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably inloyaltyprograms, rewards platforms, fintech, or allied sectors).o Proven track record of closing B2B deals and managing partner portfolios.• Skills:o Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.o Understanding ofloyaltyprogram mechanics, reward redemption models, andpartnership monetization.o Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analyticsteams.o Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
