Your Role in Our Mission As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers, resolving complex issues, and providing timely solutions. Essential Job Functions As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: Customer Service Excellence: Respond to moderately complex customer inquiries via telephone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate and timely solutions or escalating issues to senior personnel as needed. Research and Documentation: Research customer inquiries, record calls, process requests, and update account history with accurate and detailed documentation. Mail Processing and Distribution: Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients, adhering to established service level agreements. Data Entry and Verification: Perform data entry tasks, match documents to accounts, and verify up-to-date and accurate information. Client Reporting and Analysis: Review client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity, prepare and submit reports to management, and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary. Transaction Monitoring: Monitor daily transactions to ensure policy and procedures are in accordance with service level agreements. Collaboration and Communication: Interface with team personnel, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues, provide updates, and share knowledge. Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess: Education: A high school diploma or G. E. D. is required. Experience: Four or more years of customer service or other telephone experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Technical Skills: Experience working with organizational functions and personnel, fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology. Help Desk Software: Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software. Other Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Business and Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective changes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
