Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize excellent navigational skills to efficiently manage multiple computer systems and applications. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MTM's services and policies to provide accurate and effective support to members and clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
