Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Global Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business success by collaborating with cross-functional finance teams to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for a highly senior audience, including the board and executive leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and improving our consolidated margin analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative approaches to complex problems and situations, leveraging external benchmarking, statistical tools, and scenario analysis to inform sound financial business decisions. Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to colleagues to achieve business results, including mentoring junior members of the team and performing first-level review responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management. Present data and recommendations to senior management, identifying valuable opportunities for growth and improvement, and influencing decision-makers to drive business outcomes. Drive and improve our consolidated margin analysis, identifying areas for efficiency and process improvement, and implementing changes to optimize business performance. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis. Material industry experience, preferably in the retail or food and beverage sector. Proven experience in contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations to senior management. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or Master's in Finance. Professional certification in finance or accounting, such as a CFA or CPA. Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights and opportunities for improvement. Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, Financial Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) tools.
