We are seeking a Principal Architect, Business to join our Solution Assurance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and process engineering, and will be responsible for designing optimized solutions and implementing best practices for our customers. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in Canada or the USA. RequirementsCollege/University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.7 to 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, demand planning, computer science, information technology or related discipline. Broad expertise and knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, concepts, best practices and functional supply chain solutions. Proficiency in analytics, dashboards and scorecards; SQL skills and relational database experience is an asset. Strong collaboration skills to work with other internal groups including documentation, curriculum development, project management, and deployment consultants. Project management expertise including risk mitigating, resource planning, and mobilizing resources to conduct quality work within deadlines. Advanced analytical, design, and systems thinking skills, and a clear understanding of change management. Extensive knowledge of tactical and operative planning processes. Intermediate knowledge of Maestro solution functionality. Excellent communication and ability to effectively facilitate meetings, including brainstorming sessions. Able to present information in an engaging manner to a diverse audience. Excellent influencing skills, even without direct authority. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well across all levels in the organization. Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with internal & external stakeholders. Open to travel 50% on average and can work effectively when working remotely from client sites.
