Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Success Account Manager to join our team in Massachusetts, USA. As a key member of our Client Experience and Achievement group, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their technical experts to drive quality service delivery and adoption of our solutions. You'll work closely with our Record Group to develop and execute client success plans that align with our clients' business objectives and industry needs. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key client partners and technical experts to drive quality service delivery and adoption of our solutions. Develop and execute client success plans that align with our clients' business objectives and industry needs, in collaboration with our Record Group. Lead discussions to drive the achievement of client business goals by leveraging our solutions and expertise. Map internal resources to client needs to deliver on client requirements. Hold, maintain, and support internal partner relationships. Identify opportunities for growth, streamline usage, and drive adoption with clients. Collaborate with clients to proactively identify opportunities for development and drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' technology landscape and Microsoft's technology roadmap to drive client digital transformation. Participate in discussions with clients to align client goals with our ongoing Microsoft solution set in the client account. Lead the execution of program planning and client-facing program reviews, prioritization of commitment, and management of key partner and executive expectations to address agreed-upon client outcomes and record needs. Technical Expertise Understand and adapt Microsoft solutions and technical capabilities to client requirements and needs. Use technical acumen and industry expertise to interpret client relationships into client business effects and value. Identify client scenarios and align with technical experts to identify relevant cross-cloud technology solutions. Foster a deep understanding of the cloud technology market, including Microsoft competitors. Qualifications Required Qualifications Four years of college education in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field AND 2+ years of client success, service delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience. Or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 2+ years of experience working with Record and Delivery groups to develop and execute client success plans that align with the client's specific business change drivers and industry needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Dynamics, and Office 365. Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure, AWS, and GCP. Experience with client success, service delivery, and practice management. Experience with client-facing consulting and portfolio management. Experience with program planning and client-facing program reviews.
