What You’ll HandleOwn podcast production logistics: guest management, scheduling, pre/post coordinationWork with editors to ensure video/audio content is polished and on brandPublish and optimize content on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple PodcastsWrite show notes, social posts, and blog content to support SEO and discoverabilityUse tools like HubSpot, WordPress, BuzzSprout, and Canva to support ongoing publishingTrack content performance and coordinate with marketing on improvement loopsSupport internal SaaS content development (onboarding videos, tutorials, etc.) What You Need2–3 years in podcast production, content ops, or digital mediaConfidence in managing remote workflows and cross-functional communicationFamiliarity with publishing tools and production platformsAttention to detail, follow-through, and ownership mentalityAvailability during U.
