Conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and capabilities in a clear and compelling manner. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets, utilizing your strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients, aligning our sales and marketing efforts to maximize impact. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports on sales performance and business development activities to inform business decisions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a background in online bidding and sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set. Ability to work night shifts, with a flexible approach to working hours and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
