About the Role: Grievance Analyst (Caseworker) We're seeking an experienced Grievance Analyst to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ, working remotely as a full-time Caseworker. As a Grievance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in researching, resolving, and communicating complex issues related to Medicare Part D coverage and benefits. You'll work closely with various departments within CVS Health to support the research and resolution of member issues, providing top-tier service and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Research and resolve complex member issues related to Medicare Part D coverage and benefits, using multiple computer applications and databases. Communicate effectively with members through verbal and written responses, providing clear explanations of issue resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and resolution of member issues. Analyze data, apply learnings, and construct resolutions in a timely manner, meeting department goals and turnaround time requirements. Maintain accurate records of issue resolutions in our database, adhering to strict CMS guidelines. Prioritize and organize your workload to achieve production goals, closing 15-20 cases per week and meeting quality standards. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to constructive feedback and changing priorities. Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, working with multiple computer applications and complex databases, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and construct resolutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent required; General Education Degree (GED) accepted. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or a pharmaceutical-related industry. Medicare Part D grievance experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
