Skills:Scripting & Programming: Expert in PowerShell and proficient in Python for robust automation. API Integration: Experience with REST APls (OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Graph, Adobe Sign, Box). Identity & Access: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), System Cross domain Identity Management (SCIM) exposure is a plus. Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Bl dashboard creation. Serverless Compute: AWS Lambda; Azure Functions is a bonus. Source Control & SDLC: Bitbucket and structured document management. ITSM & Tooling: Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Cl/CD, and secure secrets handling. Domain ExpertiseAdobe Automation: Proven delivery for Adobe Sign and user/license management. Saas Lifecycle: Deep understanding of deployment, integration, and retirement phases. Operational Reliability: Monitoring and improving production automation.
