The Role: Brokerage Client Service Associate As a Brokerage Client Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and broker partners, providing exceptional service and support to drive satisfaction and loyalty. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Assist clients and broker partners with service needs and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions. Submit and process operational requests, such as funds distributions, cash and stock journals, account updates, and ACATs initiation. Research and respond to client inquiries related to form submissions, transfers, and other operational items. Collaborate with internal teams, including trading desk, brokerage operations, sales, solutions, customer success, engineering, and product teams, to resolve client issues. Ensure accurate and successful submission of new business paperwork. Demonstrate a positive and resilient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to make decisions within general guidelines. Apply basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes to support client satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of experience in the securities industry, with a strong understanding of FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations. FINRA Series 7 license or the ability to obtain within the first 3 months of employment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Adaptability and a willingness to take ownership of new responsibilities in a changing business and regulatory environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Additional experience in the fintech or financial services industry. Knowledge of API-first platforms and their applications. Familiarity with trading algorithms and brokerage services.
