Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Denver, IA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, resolving customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with our sales team to meet customer needs. This is a full-time, remote/hybrid opportunity with a competitive hourly rate and excellent benefits package. Key Responsibilities Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls. Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment. Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to commute to our facility from your home. A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity. Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once. Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a call center or customer-facing role. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
