Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work from home, handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Your goal will be to provide solutions to customer problems, build relationships, and ensure that every interaction with Wayfair is a positive one. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, resolving customer issues and answering questions Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, typically 50-60 per shift Work in a fast-paced environment, often handling back-to-back calls Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics Build relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach Navigate various software systems, tabs, and tools to quickly and effectively answer customer questions Escalate complex issues to ensure prompt resolution Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas for process enhancements Requirements and Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) Experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a home-based setting Proficient in Windows operating systems or equivalent Ability to work in a distraction-free environment, with minimal interruptions Pass a background check and new hire assessment What We Offer At Wayfair, we're committed to the success and well-being of our employees.
