We are a group of current and ex brand owners that know the power of brand building and generating revenue on Amazon and so we aim to help others succeed on the platform. We’re a current small team of 3 with a growing client list and some big plans for 2025 to grow and develop the agency. We’re looking for a key hire to develop our team and manage some of our key accounts. Understanding their objectives and building KPI’s. - Reviewing every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the current level of performance - Analysing account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend and implement optimization solutions and working with internal and external stakeholders to meet clients’ KPIs - Ensure that the brands you manage are represented strongly across all marketplaces through best-in-class product content, including; images, content, SEO, language translation, advertising campaigns etc. - Manage internal and external team members to ensure we are matching clients expectations. In order to excel as our Amazon Account Manager, you need: - Experience working with Amazon Seller ( Essential ) - Experience working with Amazon Vendor ( beneficial ) - Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics and Business Reports knowledge. - Helium 10, Sellics or Jungle scout experience (essential) - Excellent communication skills ( essential) - Excellent problem-solving skills - Good leadership & managerial skills - A strong sense of ownership & accountability - Planning and time management skills What’s in it for you?
