Responsibilities
- Able to deployment up to 3 RTLS software solutions independently.
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as demos, strategy sessions, and quoting support
- Lead project kickoffs and workshops with internal and customer stakeholders
- Conduct technical assessments, workflow mapping, SOP creation, and training planning
- Deliver training for end users, admins, engineers, and partners
- Coordinate go-live readiness and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation
- Lead post-go-live hyper care, including lessons learned, open issue resolution, and clinical training
- Track metrics and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Provide customer feedback during New Product Development (NPD)
- Maintain oversight across sales, support, education, and product teams
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customers and internal teams
- Engage with diverse personas—from clinical and operational staff to technical users
- Communicate complex solutions clearly through presentations and documentation
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales, Implementation, Training, Product, Support, and Education teams
- Contribute to internal and partner education materials and delivery
- Participate in solution design and integration discussions with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, business, or related field—or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer success, implementation, consulting, or training roles
- Familiarity with healthcare environments and workflows preferred
- Background in clinical, operational, or enterprise technology is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Project management and change management capabilities
- Process mapping and clinical workflow alignment
- Innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Customer-focused with service excellence mindset
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Growth mindset with interest in technical and operational development
- Comfortable with training tools and platforms; LMS experience preferred
- Interest in expanding knowledge of AI, analytics, and integration platforms
