About the Role As an Employee Benefits Sales professional with experience in group health sales, you will be responsible for developing prospective sales leads, networking, and managing your own book of business. You will work independently to generate new business and manage client relationships, with the support of our advanced technology and Underwriters. If you have 2-3 years of experience selling group health packages, employee benefits lines, or as a licensed risk advisor, and are making $150k or less, we want to talk to you. Our OTE for the first 3 years is $200-$250k, and for five plus years, it can be doubled. Key Responsibilities Develop prospective sales leads using our Account Based Targeting and Discounted Funnel system Networking, Email and Phone campaigns, Center of Influences, and targeted calling to create your book of business Work independently to generate business and manage your clients' insurance needs Work with Underwriters and key market contacts for new business and renewal opportunities Deliver and present proposals along with professional recommendations to clients Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Employee Benefits Insurance Sales (Group health sales) experience An active L&H License Experience in B2B sales, networking, and lead generation The ability to create and manage a book of business with little to no supervision A sales-minded professional with experience in KPIs and OTE goals Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have: A strong understanding of the employee benefits sales industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with advanced technology and software A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets A strong network of contacts in the industry A certification in employee benefits sales or a related field Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
