For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the PhilippinesAbout the opportunityThe Integration Consultants role is aligned to North American and requires a night shift. The role’s primary responsibility is to support a customer in the setup of mainly inbound integrations from third-party systems to Dayforce. The normal cycle is discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and production monitoring. The integrations that you would be executing are: • Standard Import Consulting (client-built) • Web Services Consulting (client-built) • Integration Studio Consulting (Dayforce Product) • Dayforce to NetSuite Connector (Dayforce Product) • Dayforce to Oracle Premium Connector (Dayforce Product) • SuccessFactors to Dayforce Premium Connector (Dayforce Product) • Workday to Dayforce Premium Connector (Dayforce Product)Other key duties are the management of the customers’ expectations as it relates to scope, additional scope, effort of the project, the timeline or duration of the project, managing expectations on the deliverables of the customer along with other dependencies. This role does NOT develop code. What you’ll get to do • Engagement with a customer/vendor to understand the client’s requirements for an Import, API or Standard integration, and assess the effort and duration required to satisfy the requirement. • With the customer, perform day in the life test cases to ensure that the integration test scenarios pass the vendor’s and customer’s requirements. • Conduct root cause analysis to determine failures as determined by either the vendor or customer. • Provide customer with updates to effort and duration if the scope of the project is changing. • Follow up with customers/vendors or internal partners to drive closure of the project. Skills and experience we value • 3 years working in the integration field is a benefit • Excellent English, written and spoken is required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Analytical thinking is required • Experience in Dayforce HCM or other human capital management application consulting a benefit • Experience working with API’s/Web Services is a benefit • Technical skills requirements such as SQL is a benefit • Ability to analyze and determine root cause analysis is a benefit • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Customer relationship acumen • Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities • Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills • Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat’s in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
