Job Overview and Responsibilities Supporting senior management in the development and implementation of real estate strategies for a specific business unit Coordinating with senior leaders to direct them on choices for future space planning and budgeting through the Corporate Real Estate process Managing complex transactions, including migrations, mergers, developments, reductions, renewals, and more Assisting the Director and Senior Directors in various capacities on multiple projects simultaneously Creating project kickoff structures and comprehensive corporate approval reports that require strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the projects and related details Conducting market research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including distribution groups in regions around the world, to gather and analyze data and ensure that portfolio strategies and business objectives are aligned Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners, including senior leaders, vendors, and stakeholders Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Corporate real estate/transactional experience in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas in business/office space fields Significant experience, including transaction management, business, strategy development, or client services; experience gained from work in finance and/or corporate real estate Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, including effective in-person presentation skills and the ability to write clear, concise reports that are accurate and professional Ability to create accurate, visually appealing, and persuasive presentations for a senior audience Preferred Qualifications and Skills In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Strong proficiency with MS Office software, with particularly deep skills in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to analyze and make recommendations on multi-variable, nuanced issues, such as business needs, long-term space planning, and macro market trends Ability to balance the strategic and tactical elements of transactions Ability to work comfortably on both large and smaller-scale projects Ability to approach projects from a client-centric perspective, with a capacity to frame business unit requirements Polished and professional demeanor, with the ability to work comfortably with senior executives from around the world and represent The Walt Disney Company as a front-of-house leader Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a Disney Park Live Team Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
