About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Investment Protection Center (ICC) team within the Wealth and Investment Management Division. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in serving clients with brokerage accounts over the phone, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a willingness to learn and adapt, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Work in a contact environment to promote products and financial services. Provide initial problem resolution by identifying opportunities for customer service improvement and proposing strategies to resolve internal and external customer issues. Work hard for customer support. Manage risks by following all policies and procedures and staying informed of changes. Advise on digital services such as online submission of declarations and other documents, electronic signature documents, and other digital opportunities. Eligibility Criteria Two or more years of customer service, financial services, customer service experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated by one or more of the following: employment, training, military, education. Desired Qualifications We have in-depth industry knowledge and conduct extensive research to resolve complex client questions. Effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills. Ability to monitor multiple computer windows, applications, and use search tools to find information. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Ability to resolve computer problems. Ability to negotiate digital improvements to deliver a better customer experience. Brokerage experience. Knowledge of investment terminology. BS/BA degree or higher.
