Job Summary We are seeking an experienced full stack IT security specialist to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our IT Data Security Division, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions to protect Delta's applications, clients, partners, and vendors. Your expertise in network security, data protection, and cloud security will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and availability of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement security solutions to protect Delta's applications, clients, partners, and vendors. Provide IT support for firewall equipment and software maintenance, including site executions, inventories, framework planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in server farm basic foundations. Support Big Business Remote Access Clients to align our client-edge security technology with and client-oriented expertise on workstations; the team can utilize advanced technology like Application ID and Client ID for granular client ID. Provide IT support for equipment and software maintenance, including site executions, inventories, framework planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in server farm basic foundations. Support airport tasks portable network arrangement, Netmotion, equipment, and software maintenance, which includes site executions, inventories, framework planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in server farm basic foundations. Coordinate with Delta's Business divisions through consultative services responsible for firewall strategies and access control direction. Provide functional support for potential emergencies, backing of basic offices and foundation parts for Organization Security. Support the IT Data Security Division to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the project information and applications. Suggest and execute departmental approach, rules, principles, and methodology. Ensure consistency with all governing corporate principles and rules. Project management of server farm and remote communication room norms capital upgrades, redesigns, and improvements. Guaranteeing precise documentation, getting the best product and service costs, and ensuring that vendors meet their organizational commitments. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in IT security, network security, or a related field. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and security protocols. Experience with cloud security standards and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. CISSP, CEH, or other relevant security certifications. Experience with cloud security platforms, such as AWS or Azure. Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems. Experience with incident response and disaster recovery planning. Experience with security awareness training and education.
