You will work closely with our Customer Service & Admin teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and accurate data management. This is a temporary contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the option to extend for an additional 6 months. **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Service** + Make outbound calls to follow up with callers who have left a message with their name and phone number + Make accurate data entry of feedback providers' feedback in the feedback database and maintain proper documentation records + Retrieve status updates on feedback providers' feedback from the feedback database + Provide administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of the feedback centre + Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor * **Data Entry** + Review data entries, identify erroneous entries, and correct erroneous entries where applicable + Use Google maps or other tools to identify postal codes of locations based on information provided by feedback providers + Conduct simple analysis on data entries + Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor **Requirements** * **Essential Qualifications** + Good verbal and written communication skills + Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil to effectively converse with callers + Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) and use of e-forms + Able to work with databases + Self-driven, able to work independently, meticulous, and organized + Good team player, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills * **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior customer service/call centre experience **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.
