Responsibilities: • Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems with a high level of accuracy. • Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections. • Organize and manage physical and digital documents to facilitate data retrieval. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms. • Generate reports and summaries based on captured data as required. • Assist in the development and implementation of data capture processes and best practices. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Respond to inquiries about data and provide support to other departments as needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management or related fields is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry. • Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
