Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with wiring, equipment, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and testing devices. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure consistent operation and avoid downtime. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes, as well as company safety standards. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve electrical issues promptly. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in work orders or logs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process or system upgrades. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or technical school preferred. Current Oregon Electrician License (General Journeyman or Limited Maintenance preferred). Proven experience in industrial or commercial electrical work, including troubleshooting and repair. Strong knowledge of electrical theory, National Electrical Code (NEC), and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in high or confined spaces as required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
