BPO Operations Partner – Recruitment & HR TechWe are hiring a Senior BPO Operations Partner to oversee and optimize our offshore delivery hub. This role is ideal for a leader who has built, managed, or scaled a BPO in the staffing/recruitment sector and understands the technical workflows behind ATS/HRIS platforms.
