As a Full-Time Remote Delivery Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system, ensuring efficient and effective delivery, unloading, and merchandising of our products at customer account locations. Job Overview As a Delivery Merchandiser, Home Market, you will be part of our DSD system and may be assigned one of the following route types: Tel-Sell, Sideload/CooLift/OFS. This is a physical and fast-paced role that requires you to deliver, unload, and merchandise our products at customer account locations according to our standards. You will be responsible for stocking and facing products on shelves, displays, and in coolers, as well as maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring proper accounting of product, cash, and assets. Key Responsibilities: Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts to our standards, including filling shelves and coolers, stocking displays, rotating products, and removing out-of-date and damaged products. Organize and maintain the back room by stacking and arranging products neatly and organized in the designated area. Ensure the neat appearance of all equipment and product in assigned accounts. Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts serviced. Maintain a safe working environment and quality assurance standards at every account. Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Ability to obtain a CDL permit and pass and maintain D. O. T. physical requirements. Excellent customer service skills. Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis. Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Ability to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. of product repetitively. Availability to work some weekends and some holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience. Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
