Job Overview and Responsibilities In this exciting and challenging role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Manager of Executive Compensation and the broader HR leadership team to develop and implement compensation strategies that drive business success. As an Executive Compensation Manager, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and making recommendations to senior leadership. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our executive compensation programs, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. Collaborate with the Manager of Executive Compensation and HR leadership team to develop and implement compensation strategies that deliver market-relevant salary, bonus, and equity packages Prepare compensation recommendations for Chewy's senior leadership, ensuring internal and external market relevance Develop and prepare all applicable reporting and support materials for Executive and Compensation Committee approval Assist in the annual preparation of the Chewy Proxy, ensuring compliance and accuracy Design and communicate compensation education materials on philosophy, strategy, and applicable programs to stakeholders Manage executive-level salary survey processes and evaluate market data for executive positions, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership Advise senior leadership on executive compensation trends and best practices, ensuring our programs remain competitive and effective Lead miscellaneous executive compensation projects, driving innovation and process improvements Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in executive compensation, with a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices. You'll also require excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
