Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to support a top-performing organization in the industrial services industry. In this role, you will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional handling of client inquiries. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate with internal departments, and implement process improvements to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: • Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring all inquiries and orders are processed efficiently. • Evaluate phone and email communications for quality assurance. • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Obtain and analyze all necessary information to address product and service inquiries. • Oversee new customer setups and maintain accurate customer databases. • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests while meeting service deadlines. • Organize and prioritize workflows to align with customer timeframes. • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution and order coordination. • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency. • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. • Manage mail, faxes, express packages, and special projects. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of at least 2–4 people in an industrial services or related industry. • Associate’s degree preferred. • Previous B2B experience strongly preferred. • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM and proficiency in ten-key data entry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn other software applications. • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. • Ability to handle change, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. • Skilled in problem-solving and maintaining attention to detail. • Positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation.
