As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients and enhancing their experience during their initial onboarding. About Wolters Kluwer's Financial and Corporate Compliance Division Wolters Kluwer's Financial and Corporate Compliance division is a trusted provider of expert solutions for financial and corporate compliance professionals. The division offers a range of services, including registered agent solutions, compliance auditing, and filing services. As a Customer Service Representative (Change of Agent), you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance. Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage the Change of Agent process from initial client inquiry through compliance audit, order processing, and sending deliverables to clients, following up as necessary. Prepare and file change and resignation of agent documents with various Secretaries of State, both online and via PDF, as required by each jurisdiction. Communicate effectively with teammates regarding any hold-ups or issues in the Change of Agent process. Manage and track the status of ongoing projects and submitted filings. Conduct entity compliance audits using Secretary of State websites and other agency resources. Maintain filing fee and requirement reference charts; update forms library and state web links as needed. Assist the manager in training new and existing employees; support other areas in the Client Services and Registered Agent Departments as needed. Develop, maintain, and update knowledge about the department, services, company, industry, and related departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of equivalent experience in customer service or the legal industry. Intermediate-level skills with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Effective communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to maintain open and respectful lines of communication. Analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. The ability to work independently, in a team environment, and with minimal supervision. The capacity to multitask and manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of general corporate procedures and/or a willingness to learn. Skills in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and compiling data. Flexibility, effective time management, and consistent attendance and punctuality. The ability to share information and knowledge to assist coworkers and develop relationships with clients.
