Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Remote Food Service Worker to join our team as a Customer Experience and Kitchen Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving our signature sandwiches and salads, while also assisting with kitchen operations and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve our signature sandwiches and salads to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation and safety procedures. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and kitchen operations. Contribute to the success of our team by being flexible, adaptable, and proactive in responding to changing circumstances. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Previous experience in food service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for food, people, and creating memorable experiences. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates who possess: Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
