About the position Responsibilities • Oversee the monthly financial close process for the R&I department, including preparing journal entries and performing variance analysis. • Collaborate with local and global métiers to develop accurate budgets and forecasts aligned with the R&I transformation roadmap. • Identify and analyze opportunities for value creation within the R&I transformation. • Partner with local and global métiers to assess financial risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies as needed. • Maintain a clean and accurate Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) balance by resolving discrepancies and managing outstanding purchase orders. • Provide mentorship and training to management trainees and interns in the department. • Lead and participate in strategic financial projects to enhance the efficiency and value creation potential of the R&I department. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting. • Proven track record of success in a financial management role, preferably within the consumer goods or beauty industry. • Deep understanding of financial reporting principles and practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and PowerBI. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
