Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Wayfair, working to build relationships with customers who reach out to us via inbound calls, chats, and emails. Your primary goal will be to provide compassionate support, navigating an array of post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. You will be expected to handle a high volume of interactions, approximately 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment.
