TRAVEL/Local - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - LTC

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately
• Support daily living needs and provide emotional support to residents
• Maintain a safe and compassionate environment
  
  

For LPNs

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
  
  

For RNs

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Prior LTC or geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required
