Key Responsibilities As a Swiss CNC Machinist Programmer, you'll play a critical role in our production process, responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes to produce high-quality parts and components Inspecting finished products using various precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality Programming Swiss CNC machines to optimize production processes and improve efficiency Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and objectives Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: Two or more years of experience programming Swiss CNC machines A solid work history, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic US citizenship or possession of a green card Residence within 45 minutes of our New Lisbon, Wisconsin location Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with modern Swiss CNC machines, such as those manufactured by Tornos or Star Knowledge of precision measuring tools and techniques Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical knowledge of Swiss CNC machining and programming Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Career Growth Opportunities We're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
