This is a remote position. Central Time Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join their team as aCold Caller / Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and/or appointment setting, confidence on the phone, and a proven ability to drive results through outbound outreach. Experience in B2B sales is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to leads on a daily basisQualify prospects and schedule appointments or close dealsHandle objections and rejection professionally and confidentlyMaintain accurate call notes and outcomes in the CRMCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targetsMaintain consistent follow-up communication with leadsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or appointment settingCold calling experience isrequiredFluent in English (American or neutral accent preferred)Excellent communication and persuasion skillsConfident, comfortable, and natural on the phoneResilient and results-driven mindsetTech-savvy and organized, with basic CRM proficiencyQuiet home work environment and reliable internet connectionAvailable to work full-time during U.
