**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Performance Analytics and Forecasting for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products**

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business results and defining industry standards through your analytical expertise. You will work closely with our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce teams to provide dimension and analytical support, leveraging your skills in forecasting, root-cause analysis, and data visualization to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for: Conducting forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions Monitoring agent performance, proactively identifying areas for further research, and personalizing analyses from start to finish Building shows and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners Creating, maintaining, auditing, and continuously optimizing reports and documents used to support various programs Executing programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines Measurement and Analytics As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports.
