About the Role: Account Operations Specialist for Critical Environments We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Account Operations Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As an Account Operations Specialist for Critical Environments, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of account operations, including administrative functions, data analytics, and program development. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining up-to-date account organizational charts, email distribution lists, and SharePoint sites, as well as reviewing and interpreting data pertaining to Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) results. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the PMO Lead and Account Operations Manager to support account operations needs, ensuring seamless execution of administrative functions, data analytics, and program development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date account organizational charts, email distribution lists, and SharePoint sites to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing. Analyze and interpret data related to Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) results, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency. Support the PMO Team in preparing for Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Account Town Halls, ensuring that all necessary materials and data are accurate and readily available. Develop and maintain account-wide dashboards, leveraging data analytics to tell compelling stories and support business growth. Collaborate with Account Platform teams as needed, fostering a culture of cross-functional cooperation and knowledge sharing. Participate in the development and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), industry best practices, process documentation, and user support materials, ensuring that our operations are aligned with the highest standards of excellence. Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business, financial, or systems area, although a High School diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement. 3-5 years of relevant experience in account operations, data analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business excellence through operational efficiency. High-level skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Experience with data and statistical applications such as PowerPivot, Tableau, SAS, Access, Minitab, Sigma Excel, or SQL is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential issues proactively and formulate solutions and contingency plans. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior managers and stakeholders without undue tension or nervousness. A customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support to internal and external clients.
