Role Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Entry Level Manager to join our team. As an Entry Level Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to agents in the field, monitoring sales activity, and helping develop strategies for agent success. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to carry out daily communication with team members, drive sales growth, and contribute to the development of our agents. This is a remote contract role, offering the flexibility to work from home and manage your time effectively.
