Job Summary and Responsibilities In this remote, independent contractor role, you will provide customer support via phone to clients with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs. Your expertise in bookkeeping and accounting practices, combined with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to deliver high-quality support and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels Assisting clients with accounting software processes, including ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner Utilizing your knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices to provide accurate and helpful support Working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Maintaining a quiet, uninterrupted workspace and adhering to our technology requirements Why Join Our Team?
