What the Role EntailsContract-based position with built-in flexibilityYou control your workload - work with as many or as few candidates as you’d like based on your availability. Provide coaching and support through formal observations using the T-TESS modelCompensation$1,275 per intern$675 per clinical teacherTravel over 60 miles one way isreimbursed at the state mileage rateRequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Higher in EducationMasters degree or higher is preferred In the absence of a degree beyond a bachelor’s, candidates must demonstrate significant teaching experience, current certification, and recent professional development.3+ years of teaching or administrative experienceActive teaching certificationDemonstrated success in improving student outcomesCurrent TTESS appraiser certification If you do not hold this certification,you must be willing to complete a full day ttess observation/coaching + training for Field Supervisors 240 can provide this training, if neededMeet the qualifications and ready to make a difference?
