Dispatch Coordinator Tue-Sat 2nd Shift - Join Our Team! We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team on a full-time remote basis, working Tuesday through Saturday, 2nd shift. As a Dispatcher Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the effective management and coordination of our fleet of drivers and vehicles for multiple locations. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point-of-contact for drivers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with operations daily to assess dispatching needs and ensure efficient fleet management. Schedule and dispatch drivers and agents to appropriate locations according to customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments. Act as a liaison between drivers and customers to effectively complete services and resolve any issues that may arise. Perform thorough record-keeping, periodical route surveillance, and time logs reviews to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of operations. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, including repairs, washes, and substitutes, to ensure our fleet is always in top condition. Report operation status and flagged issues periodically to management, providing valuable insights to improve our services. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain services. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in customer service, logistics, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. If you have the following qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment. High school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry, with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM. Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones, with the ability to navigate complex logistics routes. Call center experience is a plus, with a strong background in customer service and conflict resolution. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with flexibility to work additional hours as business requires.
