Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from internal clients at the branches, providing timely and effective support to resolve technical issues and address concerns. Educate clients on account services and capabilities, ensuring they are aware of the full range of services available to them. Demonstrate basic computer troubleshooting skills for tier 1 support, documenting and ticketing calls as necessary. Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines. Utilize strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills to ensure seamless issue resolution and follow-up with clients. Maintain a superior customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional support. Essential Qualifications Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications. Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, or Active Directory is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Windows 7 navigation skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. Basic understanding of computer networking, including monitor, speaker, mice, and keyboard troubleshooting. Knowledge of remote access tools and their application in assisting clients. Outlook and Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve common technical issues. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in technical support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software, including networking and troubleshooting. Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems, with the ability to document and manage technical issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
