Job DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for supporting the preboarding life cycle at Southwest by assisting the Talent Acquisition Team to drive quality hires for positions at various levels. Areas of responsibility will include Candidate communication, processing, tracking, employment screening, and the post-offer acceptance process of all Candidates selected for hire. The Preboarding Experience Specialist will serve as a liaison between Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, Employees, third-party administrators/vendors, and other Internal Teams including but not limited to Compensation, Career Mobility, Accommodations, SWA University, and other stakeholders throughout the company to ensure a best-in-class Candidate preboarding experience.
