About Roundel and the Role Roundel is Target's entry into the media business, an advertising sell-side business built on the principles of first-party data, brand-safe content environments, and proof that our marketing programs drive business results for our clients. As Manager, Account Management Roundel - Food & Beverage, you will play a critical role in developing multi-channel, integrated marketing approaches across digital channels and platforms for our clients. You'll be the key client contact for high-level annual planning to program-level strategies, delivering highly integrated and effective media plans that drive business growth. Primary Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, building and maintaining highly productive and professional relationships. Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and present comprehensive campaign proposals, including audience strategies, media mix allocations, and creative and media strategies that align with client priorities. Internal Collaboration: Consult with internal partners to understand category trends and marketing needs, ensuring seamless execution of media plans. Industry Insights and Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identifying opportunities and tests to bring to clients and further elevate the level of service. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner closely with various teams, including Reporting & Insights, Analytics, Sales, Trading & Ad Ops, and Channel Development, to deliver effective results. About You To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3+ years of proven digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding and experience within Digital Marketing and Media, including ad serving, ad networks, and the overall landscape. Hands-on experience with media planning systems and tools such as Operative One, DCM, DFP, or similar ad serving platforms. Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and drive results in a rapidly changing environment. Superior time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple concurrent projects and campaigns. Ability to articulate and defend creative and media direction to internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional understanding of the full media planning process, from strategy and plan development to execution. Passion for uncovering new media opportunities to drive incremental business. Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and maximize relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Work Environment and Culture This role may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement, offering flexibility and work-life balance. As a Remote team member, you'll work full-time from home or an alternate location, with opportunities to travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. As a Hybrid team member, your core role may be performed either remotely or onsite at a Target location, depending on the requirements of your role and team.
