Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our global customer service team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Upsell and cross-sell American Express products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and meet their needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide seamless customer experiences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to continuously improve our customer service standards. Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction metrics. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service. At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or related industry. Proven track record of success in a customer service and sales environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex client issues and provide personalized solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment. Knowledge of American Express products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
