Job CategoryWe’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our AmONE Financial Solutions team. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day relationships with key clients, ensuring account performance, and contributing to the growth of our vertical. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a client-facing role and is confident managing multiple workstreams at once. ResponsibilitiesOwn the performance and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of clientsServe as the main point of contact for partner relationships, delivering excellent client serviceWork with internal teams (media, product, finance, creative) to execute campaigns and integrationsMonitor performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns and acquisition strategiesEnsure timely and accurate invoicing, tracking, and reconciliationDraft and manage reporting dashboards for internal and external stakeholdersSupport contract renewals and help coordinate terms and deliverables with legal and finance teamsCoordinate creative, technical, or product-related updates with internal cross-functional partnersTroubleshoot issues quickly, keeping partners informed of resolution pathsContribute ideas for new tests, features, or optimizations to improve partner performanceRequirements7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development, ideally within digital media or performance marketingStrong relationship-building skills with external clients and internal teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills—written and verbalProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyHighly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on executionComfortable analyzing performance metrics and communicating results to stakeholdersBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in the financial services, insurance, or lending industry is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general reporting toolsThe expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $145,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
