Job Overview: Benefits Verification Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to join our national team as a Benefits Verification Representative. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our Patient Intake Coordinators and insurance providers to verify coverage for in-home IV therapy for Coram's patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our patients by verifying insurance coverage, performing benefit investigations, and obtaining prior authorization for both new and existing patients. Your excellent customer service skills will be essential in interacting with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers.
