The Commission Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between clients and our team, while also maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. - Utilize computer systems to efficiently process and manage commission transactions. - Maintain accurate and organized records of commission transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. - Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to maintain a high level of productivity. - Perform administrative duties as required, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. - Provide support at the front desk, greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate personnel. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of commission policies, procedures, and regulations. - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
