Job Summary As a Customer Care Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work in a remote environment, handling inbound calls from business owners and leaders, understanding their needs, and recommending the right American Express Small Business Services (SBS) products. You'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to our mission of providing top-notch client experiences and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Handle inbound calls from business owners and leaders, engaging with them to understand their needs and preferences. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of American Express SBS products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients. Selling Skills: Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals. Client Care: Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized environment. Reporting: Report essential account information according to established procedures and policies. Compliance: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Client Care Experience: At least two years of client care experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication. Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment, with at least two years of experience. Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic environment. Education: A high school certificate or equivalent is required. Education benefits are available. Preferred Qualifications Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry and experience working with small businesses. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
