Full membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Valuation or Commercial Property Faculty) or willing to work towards. Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Registered Valuer, or willing to work towards. Experienced neededExperience in estate management. Experience of undertaking valuations of industrial, commercial and residential land and property. Experience of negotiating land sales, purchases, wayleaves, licences, leases, etc. Experience of managing a mixed commercial property portfolio. Experience in Asset Management and of implementing an Asset Management Plan.
