Job DescriptionFinancial Operations & ReportingMaintain accurate and timely financial records across multiple international entities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. Manage AP, AR, and general ledger functions in complex multi-entity environments. Process and reconcile inter-company transactions and eliminations. Prepare detailed variance analyses and performance reports for executives. Ensure compliance with SEC and public company disclosure requirements. Regulatory & Industry-Specific ComplianceNavigate complex accounting standards for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors. Manage reporting for FDA, EMA, EFSA, Health Canada, and other regulatory agencies. Coordinate with legal/compliance teams for audits and regulatory financial filings. Maintain cost accounting aligned with cGMP and product development standards. Support transfer pricing documentation and international tax compliance. Cross-Functional & Global CoordinationCollaborate with department heads across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and operations. Maintain compliance with local statutory reporting in multiple countries. Manage currency translation and hedging for multinational operations. Coordinate M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities. Systems & Process ImprovementServe as QuickBooks Enterprise Diamond system administrator and power user. Support ERP integration, internal control improvements, and process documentation. Develop financial templates, dashboards, and comprehensive documentation. Coordinate with IT teams for system security and data backup. Strategic & Analytical SupportLead budgeting and forecasting for complex product cycles. Provide financial input for capital expenditures, equipment acquisition, and IP valuation. Assist in preparing investor relations materials and board presentation content. QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA license or international equivalent (CA, CGA, ACCA).5–8 years of accounting experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or regulated industries. Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and international accounting standards. Proven confidentiality and discretion with sensitive financial data. Experience with SEC/public company reporting and regulated audit environments. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently across time zones in a remote setup.
